Office staff is pleasant, with the only real downside being the parking. Like most of the large Fargo apartment groups, the planners had no vision when it comes to where people need to park.

The lady that runs this place is here on Mondays and Thursdays. I can get along with her well and she seems to be nice and friendly. It's got quite a bit of security because to get into the building, you need a key, and then you need another key to get inside the rest of the building. When I first moved in, they gave me five keys, but then I lost one when I fell. The lady said that I don't have to worry about it, because she'll get another one for me. I told her that I also needed one for the mailbox, because I didn't get one.

PRG does not care about the safety of their tenants and uses a contractor that does not actually inspect or service the fire extinguishers. The one time the contractor did service the fire extinguishers, they took all of the extinguishers out of the building and did not leave replacements behind! 3 floors, 30 apartments in the building, and not one single fire extinguisher for over an 8 hour period.
